Booking is reserved for members who sent us a proof of hotel or lodging registration

Please note that we can only guarantee refunds on events that you cancel before 30th March, following which we will have confirmed and paid for our commitments to our local agency. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen eventualities.
